Curry Rendang
November 25th, 2004 | by winsonlee |Cook mutton with oil for 5 minutes. Take the mutton out and put it on a plate
Pour some oil and garlic onto the wok. Than put the curry rendang paste into it. Place mutton which are on the dish onto the wok. Add some salt and a cup of water into the wok. Cover and boiled it for about an hour or till the mutton is soft. Remember to stir the mutton every now and than. After the mutton is soft, pour some santan into the curry. Boiled for another half an hour b4 dishing up.
Ready to be served!!
