HOT!!! Just came out from oven..

INGREDIENT
1) 225g butter
2) 695g self raising flour
3) 6 tbsp sugar
4) 250ml milk

INSTRUCTION
Put in oven at 180 degree for 20-25 minutes.

    can elaborate on ur instructions pls?? coz i dun really understand my recipe book in regards to the mixing part…my scones tak jadi hurrrr….:(

    1) mix butter with sugar till even
    2) than mix it with self raising flour
    3) beat till even than add milk into it

    anyway, how your scone looks like or taste like ?? is the ingrediant that you use the same as above ??

    im not too sure abt the measurements coz mine is in ‘cups’. instead of milk, mine uses buttermilk (dun askme wat does it do keke) oohh..mine has 2 eggs as welll….

    i think i screwed up the mixing part..so it din rise alot n its not very smooth i think. apart from tat, i din noe tat i was supposed to whip the thicken cream tat i bought…..

    hmmm…since i got tips from frens n u…now i wanna try making it again……crossing my fingers tat it’ll work!!!
